Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy exists to honour both your time and the time, preparation, and availability of the practitioner.

By booking a session, workshop, or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Individual Sessions (Coaching / Counseling / Facilitation)
​
Cancellations & Rescheduling
​

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session.

Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will be charged the FULL session fee.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for missed or late-cancelled sessions.

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled but are not refundable.

2. Workshops, Courses & Group Programs
​

Bookings for workshops, courses, or group programs are non-refundable, as places are limited and preparation occurs in advance.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

Transfer your place to another person, with prior notice and agreement of practitioner, or
-
Receive access to a recording or alternative resource where available (at the practitioner’s discretion).

3. Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations
​
If a session, workshop, or program is cancelled by the practitioner:

You will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled session or alternative arrangement

4. Responsibility for Bookings
​
It is the client’s responsibility to:

Manage bookings and appointment times
-
Ensure correct calendar entries

Attend sessions on time

Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

5. Acceptance of Policy
​
By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
