Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy exists to honour both your time and the time, preparation, and availability of the practitioner.

​

By booking a session, workshop, or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

​

1. Individual Sessions (Coaching / Counseling / Facilitation)

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session.

  • Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will be charged the FULL session fee.

Refunds

​

  • Refunds are not provided for missed or late-cancelled sessions.

  • Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled but are not refundable.

​

2. Workshops, Courses & Group Programs

​

  • Bookings for workshops, courses, or group programs are non-refundable, as places are limited and preparation occurs in advance.

​

  • If you are unable to attend, you may:

    • Transfer your place to another person, with prior notice and agreement of practitioner, or

    • Receive access to a recording or alternative resource where available (at the practitioner’s discretion).

3. Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations

​

If a session, workshop, or program is cancelled by the practitioner:

​

  • You will be offered the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • A rescheduled session or alternative arrangement

​

4. Responsibility for Bookings

​

It is the client’s responsibility to:

​

  • Manage bookings and appointment times

  • Ensure correct calendar entries

  • Attend sessions on time

​

Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

​

5. Acceptance of Policy

​

By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
