Confidentiality Statement

Your privacy and confidentiality are deeply respected.

All personal information shared during individual sessions, group workshops, programs, written communications, or other interactions is treated as confidential and handled with care, integrity, and discretion.

Information you share will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • Where disclosure is required by law

  • Where professional supervision, mentoring, or consultation is used (in which case identifying details are removed wherever possible)

In group workshops or group-based programs, participants are encouraged to respect one another’s confidentiality. However, while confidentiality is strongly requested and modeled, it cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

Records, notes, and digital communications (where used) are stored securely and accessed only by the practitioner.

This practice operates in alignment with ethical standards of care, respect, and personal sovereignty. Participation is always voluntary, and you are free to choose what you do or do not share at any time.

If you have any questions about confidentiality or how your information is handled, please feel free to ask.
